Building a Carbon-free Future

Watch Christopher Guérin and Christopher Minardi discuss how Nexans is leading the charge to a more connected and sustainable world by building the energy highways of tomorrow.

Find out more about Nexans: https://www.nexans.com/

The objective

Nexans builds giant cables that will be critical to solving the climate crisis because we’ll need to transport electricity from renewable energy projects to the places that use the electricity, like cities and towns. They wanted to tell this inspiring story – about how humans can solve the climate crisis.

The solution

We conducted a number of interviews at the Nexans NYC headquarters including with the CEO, Christopher Guérin. We asked them to zoom out and paint the broad picture for us – tell us a story of how the climate crisis can be solved; give us something inspirational and dramatic. We also spent a few days filming in their South Carolina factory, which was an amazing place. The result is an inspiring story of how one company is doing their part to help solve the climate crisis.
